Laurence Cailler

Authentic Products produces, markets and distributes natural vanilla worldwide. At the head of the company since 2005 are two women: Gigi Chan Hoi Mi and Laurence Cailler. The first is an expert in the cultivation and preparation of vanilla and the second specializes in its marketing. The company therefore lives and breathes four values on a daily basis: respect, support, honesty and hard work.

This Franco-Malagasy partnership ensures that the company can track its products directly from production to the end customer. Authentic Products’ expertise and strength lie in the dual nature of its operations in France and Madagascar.
Since its founding in 2005, the Malagasy facility has been producing vanilla and developing social and environmental programs with producers and their families. The French site, for its part, allows for strict quality control (olfactory, visual, microbiological, physico-chemical…), traceability, logistical responsiveness, product advice and expertise.

Traceability, responsibility, quality, safety, expertise are integral parts of the company’s commitments.

We are involved in reforestation projects in Madagascar as part of our vanilla supply chain. Thus, by working with us, you are helping to limit the harmful effects of deforestation on the island.
