Vinegar-Vanilla Syrup
This syrup has the colour and consistency of a fine honey. An exotic product, bringing an Asian nuance with the acidity of the vinegar and the sweetness of the vanilla. 350 ml bottle.
Application: use like honey, drizzled on warm goat's cheese, duck breast, for caramelizing spare ribs, Chinese style vegetables, baked apples, tart bases or use as a decorative garnish.
